I’m a process-led multidisciplinary artist, photographer, and art therapist based in Minnesota. My work — both in the studio and in therapeutic spaces — is rooted in curiosity, experimentation, and attention. Rather than working in one fixed style, I follow questions like: What happens if I try this? What emerges if I place this here?
I practice across a range of mediums and enjoy learning new skills, experimenting with materials, and allowing meaning to unfold over time. This same process-led approach informs my work as an art therapist, where creativity becomes a way to explore emotions, build insight, and develop coping tools in a nonjudgmental, supportive space.
I am currently under supervision and working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC). I have experience working with individuals with disabilities, persistent mental health challenges, substance use concerns, anxiety, mood concerns, perfectionism, self-esteem, and neurodiversity, and I enjoy leading groups that connect people with their own creativity.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy travel, new experiences, and learning new things. I feel most grounded outdoors — especially near water or scenic overlooks — and I love animals (cats in particular), music, concerts, and having several creative projects going at once.
