Hello, I’m Breanna.

I’m a multidisciplinary artist, art therapist, photographer, and creative facilitator based in Minnesota. My work moves between personal art-making, community spaces, and mental health, exploring how creativity can support connection, reflection, and new perspectives.

I’ve always been curious about people, stories, and the many ways we experience the world. That curiosity has led me down many paths — from photography and mixed media, to facilitating workshops and community projects, to supporting others through art therapy.

I’m interested in the places where things overlap: art and psychology, structure and spontaneity, uncertainty and discovery. While my background includes clinical training in art therapy and counseling, my work is rooted in curiosity, creativity, relationships, and the many ways we make meaning of our experiences.

I enjoy wearing many hats and moving between different mediums, ideas, and interests. My creative practice is grounded in experimentation, paying attention to small details, and allowing ideas to unfold rather than forcing a specific outcome. Some of the most meaningful discoveries happen when we leave room for curiosity and don’t always know exactly where we’re going.

Outside of my professional work, I’m usually exploring or planning the next thing — taking photographs, making art, wandering somewhere new, learning something, or collecting inspiration. I’m drawn to sunshine, water, music, cats, and the occasional existential question.

Across all of my work, my goal is to create spaces where people feel welcome to explore, experiment, and express themselves. I value authenticity, accessibility, curiosity, and the creative process.

That curiosity has led me down many paths — from photography and mixed media, to facilitating workshops and community-based projects, to supporting others through art therapy.

I’m interested in the places where things overlap: art and psychology, structure and spontaneity, uncertainty and discovery. While my background includes clinical training in art therapy and counseling, my work is not just about diagnoses or answers — it’s about curiosity, creativity, relationships, and the process of making meaning.

I tend to move across mediums, ideas, and interests, following curiosity as it shifts. Some of my favorite discoveries happen when I’m not trying to force an outcome and instead allow space for experimentation.

I enjoy wearing many hats and finding the connections between seemingly different areas of life and work. I’m interested in the moments where things don’t fit neatly together — the contradictions, humor, uncertainty, and unexpected connections that emerge through the creative process. My creative practice is rooted in curiosity, experimentation, and paying attention to the small details that often go unnoticed, all while remembering the bigger picture. I tend to move across materials and mediums, allowing ideas to unfold rather than forcing them into a specific direction. Some of the most meaningful discoveries happen when we allow ourselves to explore without needing to know exactly where we’re going.

Outside work, I’m usually exploring or planning the next thing — taking photographs, making art, wandering somewhere new, learning something, or collecting inspiration. I’m drawn to sunshine, water, music, cats, and the feeling of discovering something new.

Across all of my work, my goal is to create spaces where people feel welcome to explore, experiment, and express themselves. I value authenticity, accessibility, curiosity, and the creative process.
